Method:
Peel the pawpaw and cut into slices,
removing and discarding the black seeds. Cut the grapefruit into
segments. In a bowl, combine the pawpaw with the grapefruit segments.
Sprinkle with the lemon juice and liqueur of your choice. Serve on
lettuce leaves and top with the pecan nuts. Garnish with mint leaves
and cocktail cherries.
