1 ripe honeydew melon, quartered, seeded
(pitted) and skinned
225 g/8 oz/1 cup cottage cheese
15 ml/1 tbsp milk
100 g/4 oz mixed black and green grapes, halved and seeded (pitted)
Toasted flaked almonds
Method:
Cut the melon into thin slices and
arrange attractively on serving plates. Beat the cottage cheese and
milk together and fold in the grapes. Just before serving, spoon over
or beside the melon slices and garnish with a few toasted flaked
almonds.
