Raisin Soup with Yoghurt Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4

100 g/4 oz seedless (pitless) grapes

50 g/2 oz raisins
300 ml/0.5 pt/1.25 cups water
150 ml/0.25 pt dry white wine

1 small carton plain yoghurt

5 ml/1 tsp sugar
1.5 m/0.25 tsp ground cinnamon

Cream crackers, to serve

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree. Serve chilled with cream crackers.
