Kidney Bean Spread Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4

45 ml/15 oz/1 large can red kidney beans, drained
60 ml/4 tbsp tomato ketchup (catsup)

5 ml/1 tsp chili powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method:

Mash all the ingredients together. Turn into a small dish and chill. Serve spread on toast or as a dip with vegetable sticks.
