225 g/8 oz/2 cups roasted peanuts
15 ml/1 tbsp peanut (groundnut) oil
Salt (optional)
Method:
Puree the nuts in a blender or food processor until they form a paste. Stopping to scrape down the sides every few seconds. Add the oil and blend again. Season with salt, if liked. Store in a screw-topped jar in the fridge.
