225 g/8 oz/2 cups cooked fresh or thawed frozen garden peas 50 g/2 oz low fat soft cheese
Pinch of grated nutmeg Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Chopped mint (optional)
Method:
Process the peas with the curd cheese, nutmeg and a little salt and pepper. Flavor with chopped mint, if liked.
