Bean Spread Recipe

Ingredients: Makes 1 pot

100 g/4 oz haricot (navy) beans, cooked
45 ml/3 tbsp plain yoghurt or silken tofu
Worcestershire sauce

Method:

Drain the cooked beans. Grind or process them with the yoghurt or tofu and flavor to taste with a little Worcestershire sauce. Turn into a small pot, cover and store in the fridge.
