4 large even-sized potatoes
400 g/14 oz/1 large can baked beans
20 ml/4 tsp brown table sauce
75 g/3 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
Prepare and cook the potatoes as for
Cheese and Herb Potatoes.
Meanwhile. heat the beans in a saucepan. Spoon into the split and
squeezed potatoes. Drizzle with the sauce. then top with the cheese.
Flash under a hot grill (broiler) until melted and bubbling. Serve.
