1 quantity Basic Pancake Mix 15 ml/1 tbsp each raisins, sultanas (golden raisins), chopped stoned (pitted) dates, grated apple, grated lemon rind and juice, glace (candied) cherries and chopped mixed nuts. Thick plain yoghurt
Method:
Make the pancakes. Mix all the fruits and nuts together. Spread over the pancakes and roll up. Serve immediately topped with thick plain yoghurt.
