50 g/2 oz/0.5 cup Stilton cheese,
crumbled
40 g/1.5 oz/3 tbsp butter or margarine, softened
Good pinch of ground mace
15 ml/1 tbsp port or medium sherry
Celery sticks
Method:
Mash the cheese with the butter. Work in
the mace and port or sherry. Spread down the grooves in celery sticks
and cut into bite-sized pieces.
