Peach and Apple Sling Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4

2 ripe peaches, peeled, stoned (pitted) and roughly chopped
10 ml/2 tsp lime juice
120 ml/4 fl oz/0.5 cup apple juice
1.5 ml grated fresh root ginger

600 ml/1 pt/2.5 cups American ginger ale
Crushed ice

Method:

Puree the peaches in a blender or food processor with the lime juice. Add the apple juice and root ginger and blend briefly. Add the ginger ale, blend up again, then quickly pour over crushed ice and serve.
