Muscadet Cassis Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 6

1 bottle Muscadet white wine, chilled
3 ice cubes
4 lime slices
75 ml/5 tbsp blackcurrant syrup (Cassis)

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a 1.2 liter/2 pt/5 cup jug and mix well. Pour into glasses to serve.
