15 ml/1 tbsp chopped parsley
15 ml/1 tbsp snipped chives
15 ml/1 tbsp chopped tarragon
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together
thoroughly, reserving 30 ml/2 tbsp of the ground peanuts. Form into
2.5 cm/1 in balls and roll in the remaining ground peanuts. Chill
before serving.
