75 ml/5 tbsp whisky
3 ice cubes
Juice of 2 oranges
300 ml/0.5 pt ginger ale
4 orange slices
1 kiwi fruit, sliced
Method:
Place the nuts, honey, whisky, ice cubes
and orange juice in a blender or food processor and blend well. Pour
into four glasses and top up with ginger ale. Serve decorated with
slices of orange and kiwi fruit.
