100 g/4 oz/2 cups Breakfast cereal
5 ml/1 tsp garlic salt
1.5 ml chili powder
Melt the butter or margarine in a
roasting tin (pan). Add the cereal and toss until coated. Bake in a
preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 for 8 minutes until crisp and
browned. Sprinkle with the garlic salt and chili powder and toss well.
Leave to cool. Store in an air-tight container.
