Cheese and Asparagus Pinwheels Recipe

Ingredients: Makes about 30

5 slices wholemeal bread, crusts removed
Low fat soft cheese
5 canned or cooked fresh or frozen asparagus spears

Method:

Flatten the bread lightly with a rolling pin (don't squash it flat!). Spread with the cheese. Lay an asparagus spear along one end of each slice, then roll up. Cut into slices and arrange on a plate.
