2 ripe bananas
30 ml/2 tbsp lemon juice
225 g/8 oz/1 small can pineapple in natural juice
250 ml/8 fl oz/1 cup orange juice
15 ml/1 tbsp grenadine syrup
Crushed ice
Method:
Puree the bananas in a food processor or
blender with the lemon juice. Add the pineapple and blend again until
smooth. Add the orange juice and grenadine syrup and blend briefly
again. Pour over crushed ice and serve.
