Boozy Brandy Snaps Recipe

Ingredients: Serves 4

1 quantity Brandy Snap Horns
2 oranges
300 ml/0.5 pt double (heavy) or whipping cream
30 ml/2 tbsp brandy
Sugar

Method:

Make the brandy snap horns. Leave to cool. Peel the oranges, remove the pith and slice the flesh into rounds. Whip the cream and whisk in the brandy. Sweeten to taste. Pipe or spoon into the horns. Serve on a plate, decorated on the side with a few orange slices.
